Are you ready to take the lead on pricing strategy for a major UK insurer, delivering results at portfolio level across their broker traded Motor products? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pricing professional to shape rating approaches, drive innovation and influence commercial outcomes across standard car and van products. A varied, project based role with some interesting work on the horizon, including collaborating to refresh, enhance and implement the risk models, and the implementation of quote data for analysis alongside loss ratio performance monitoring and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver and guide high‑quality pricing analysis for the risk selection team
- Lead and co-ordinate technical projects designed to improve underwriting performance, modelling standards and data controls
- Steer prioritisation of project work, rate reviews and pricing development initiatives
- Present at pricing meetings, contributing insights and influencing outcomes
- Support the upskilling of colleagues through coaching and knowledge‑sharing
- Build strong relationships across trading, technical pricing and price optimisation teams

Skills & Experience Required
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Strong experience working with large datasets and proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Databricks or similar
- Experience using Willis Towers Watson Radar
- Solid understanding of pricing components and how to optimise them to meet business objectives
- Confident stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
- Knowledge of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
