As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a central role in refining risk models, shaping pricing decisions, and supporting the development of products that better serve brokers and customers. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of analytical responsibilities, including:
- Reviewing, analysing and refining risk model updates
- Improving processes and strengthening data quality throughout the modelling workflow
- Working closely with cross‑functional teams to understand needs, define data requirements and shape modelling outcomes
- Getting hands‑on with data, from source ingestion to rating changes to shaping final implementation
- Interpreting complex outputs and presenting clear insights to non‑technical audiences
- Monitoring and keeping close oversight of pricing and underwriting metrics, escalating key trends
- Proactively reviewing underwriting footprint performance and recommending adjustments
- Prioritising project work and reporting progress on rate reviews and analysis
- Supporting day‑to‑day reporting and BAU activity
This is a high‑impact role where your insight will directly shape pricing action, product performance, and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience Required
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- Advanced experience in personal lines pricing (ideally a minimum of around two years)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, WTW Radar or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics for non‑technical stakeholders
