Case Study: Head of Pricing (Commercial Lines)
Selected to assist with the recruitment of a Head of Pricing for digitally traded Commercial Lines products with a leading global insurer.
Over the course of a four week period, mapped, approached and screened the talent pool of potentially suitable candidates, for a fairly narrow brief where both experience of commercial lines products, as well as technical and portfolio pricing experience for higher volume, e-traded products was required.
Due to the detailed understanding of the client requirements, as well as of what the company can offer potential candidates, we were able to present five acutely qualified candidates over this period. We achieved a CV submission to interview ratio of 1.25 to 1 meaning all candidates were effectively considered suitable to interview.
Partnering with the business, and hiring manager at offer stage, we supported the process throughout the interview and offer stage to help secure the right candidate from this tailored shortlist.
